About Brian Machado

Brian Machado is a proud Chatham-Kent resident, small business owner, educator, husband, father, and community volunteer. For over 20 years, Brian has been building relationships and serving the community through his businesses, including Churrascaria Steakhouse, Nova Vida Pasteleria, and Diamond Catering. Through these businesses, Brian has created jobs, supported local families, and experienced firsthand the importance of a strong local economy.

Brian is also a Hospitality teacher, where he enjoys mentoring the next generation and helping students develop confidence, skills, and a strong work ethic. He believes investing in our youth is essential to building a stronger future for Chatham-Kent.

Family, faith, hard work, and service have always been at the centre of Brian’s life. He and his wife Christina are proud parents of four sons, and their family values have shaped Brian’s commitment to bringing people together and making a positive difference in the community.

Brian is running for Chatham-Kent Council because he believes residents deserve a strong voice, responsible leadership, and a council that listens. His priorities include supporting local businesses, standing up for families, protecting taxpayers, improving transparency, supporting farmers and rural communities, and ensuring every resident feels represented.

Brian believes Chatham-Kent’s greatest strength is its people. By working together, listening to residents, and making responsible decisions, we can build a safer, stronger, and more united community for generations to come.
